Audio on Channel 2 only

My client’s playback requirements state that “only audio on channel 2 will be heard by viewers”. This is for a small local TV channel.

The source is std DV NTSC two channel .
What is the best way to go from stereo to playback from channel 2 only. How about setting proper audio levelsl?

Right-mouse-button click on the audio events and choose "Channels / combine". Pan the track hard right.

Ask the station what levels they prefer. It varies from station to station.
