Audio plugins meters are not in sync with audio.

Testing out VP 19 today. Really feels stable. Great update for me here. Major preview up date thus far!!!

The only thing I still see at least on my machine is the meters on audio track fx are ahead of the initial attack of the audio. In other words when you say "hey" the meter on a track fx such as a track compressor has already metered about 1 second or 2 before the actual word being spoken. Seems to be with the digital meters of the effect being added. I tried my dbx effects which emulate V U meters and those seem fine so far. I had this on VP 18 as well. Any takers?

The meters in chainer plug-ins preview have always been one second or so ahead of actual playback sound.. going back as far as I can recall (audio only Vegas beta).
