Audio popping

My audio sounds great then when I apply Reverb effect I start to get popping what could this be and how can I fix it?

Your comp can't handle the weight.
Either it's lack of enough RAM, CPU-power, or your soundcard isn't good enough.

Also...are you using 5.0a?
is the reverb sonys stock vegas verb?
is it applied to the track or via a master bus?
have you loaded sound forge or acid versions that are older than the version of vegas you are running?

So:

Check your CPU speed, and ram. defrag, save wav files to separate drives from your active (c) drive.
Then check those other sofo versions.
Install 5.0b over them...make vegas last to be installed.
Lastly, see if moving effects to a master bus helps...if you computer is slow, it certainly will.
