What model of camcorder is the video coming from and what format and resolution is it?

Did you use Vegas to get the video from the camcorder to your computer or did you use third-party software or a third-party capture device?

What codecs do you see listed for the audio and video when you open the video in a program like G Spot or Media Info?

It's not from a camcorder, sorry should have probably have said it. It's from MSI Afterburner, it's kinda like fraps. Info from MeidaInfo
