You gotta give more details than that. I would guess that since you said "on-line" and the "client" sounds lispy, you are referring to speech from a WMV file. If so - check your audio encoding settings when you render. The lispy sound will for sure come from speech if you endoded with a lower bit rate. Like lower than 128.
