I have captured video from 8mm and super 8mm film. I am putting individual 3 minute clips together. The speed of some of the clips is too fast. The audio sounds like chipmunks. The video is also too fast. I can use the rate slider on the main screen to slow the clips down, but I can not make it slow the clips selectively. Is there a way in Vegas Video 4 to selectively slow the entire clip? I am new to the forum. I hope someone can help me.
