When I add reverb to 3-4 separate tracks, the audio playback starts to stutter and sometimes slows way down. What can I do to stop this? I've been the rounds with Tech Support, who directed me here.

Here's my setup: HP x4000 w/ 2.4 gHz processor, 90+ Gb hard drive, several Gb RAM (forgot exact amount), and I just installed new SoundMax audio driver from HPs web site. (I don't know the exact sound card.)

And once I install my firewire audio interface (MOTU 896HD), could this potentially help the stuttering problem, if it's a sound card problem?
