Audio track not 'snapped' to video track

Hi there, i am sure i am confusing with my poor terminology, but i when i drag something from the media pool onto the timeline and the auio is auto placed in the lowrer audio track and the video in the upper video track - in the ast i have been able to click and drag the video and it would automatically move the audio along the timeline together, perfectly in sync - now they are not 'snapped' together and i MUST move them independantly - any ideas on how to turn this back on?

Also I am going to by a DVDR, will VV4 be able to render and burn a DVD?

A colleague was rthinking of buying VV4, but i wondered if he should wait until the next release, is there any clue as to whent his will be available?

Thanks in advance
Pete

De-select the Ignore Event Grouping Tool in the tool bar. It looks like a lock with the shackle open.

Thanks that worked great :)

Does anyone know if Sonic do academic licensing? My company (which is not for profit + academic) is thinking of using Vegas, but wanted to know if there was academic pricing?

Academic pricing is available at many places, such as:

www.academicsuperstore.com

They generally have among the best prices on SoFo software.
