audio tracks

This seems simple but I just cannot find the solution. When I want to record a voice over and click the red circle to begin on the voice track, both the music and sound effect tracks are activated so all three are ready for recording. How do I eliminate the other tracks from activating and just use the voice track?

Not sure this works, but try muting all other audio tracks. Cheers.

You must have multiple tracks selected. Make sure that only one track (the one you want the recording on) on the far left is highlighted. Let us know if that works for you. Cin

How silly that I never realized all the audio tracks were highlighted. That appears to solve the problem. Thanks for your reply.
