Audio Video out of sync

Ok I have a DVD in PAL so I have rendered the DVD to MPEG2 NTSC, I have the original AC3 file. I can't get the audio and video to sync up. So I need to demux the AC3 file into 5 seperate wav files so I can put them on my time line then sync up the video and audio, but what program can transfer a AC3 file into 5 seperat wav files.

I think this is what I should do byt if anyone has a suggestion please let me know.

Besweet will allow you to demux an AC3 into seperate wave files. Pick up a copy of the Besweet GUI as well (unless you enjoy a command line interface with a really long command). www.doom9.net will have a pointer to the kits.
