Audio & Video out of sync.

After rendering video in MPEG-1(Video CD plugin), when I play it in windows media player the image and sounds are out of sync. Also, the image is sometime jitery, Could anyone please help.

I am using Intel Pentium(r)MMX with 233 MHz. 64 MB RAM.
Memory-33 GB. Available Space 30 GB.
