Audio/video syncronization-fine tuning

I want to "fine tune" the syncronization between audio/video and was wondering if there was a way to use the keyboard to slide either the video track to the left or right (with the audio track locked), one frame at a time, while the project is playing until the syncronization is perfect?

You can hold ALT while slip trimming the audio, this will keep audio in it's length, while slipping the in/out point during playback. If you've lost sync, it's usually easiest to drop the track back into the trimmer, it will auto resync, and then place the track back on the timeline.
Excalibur has resyncing tools too.
