Audio works fine, having issues importing video.

I'm new to this program, so I don't know why this is happening or how to fix it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted and turned it off and back on again. Nobody I've seen has had this issue either, starting to regret my purchase.

Can you share which build of VEGAS, what your GPU model is and details about this media? My guess is with better capture settings VEGAS can edit it.

Fragmented mp4 doesn't work in VEGAS. You need OBS to remux it to a regular h264 mp4.
