Authentication appears to work checks email, and serial # then hangs

@Robin-Lastname If you posted as Robin-12 on the Magix Community forum then from that post it appears you are using VMSP16 on a Win 7 machine. If that is correct it could be because the last few builds of 16 were only WIn10 compatible. But that shouldn't stop it loading. It's just that some features won't work correctly.

Which build are you using? Build 142 was the last that should work correctly with Win7.

I may have solved the problem, found out that it was in compatability mode for Win XP so maybe it will authenticate when doing the equipment profile. How can I establish which build it is when I can't get authenticated to have it install?
