Author DVD10 or DVD 18 with DVDA?

I know I can make DVD9 by burning a DDP image of layer0 and layer1 to two DVDs, but is it possible to author a DVD10 or 18 (for replication of course) with DVD Architect? I've never done it, so I don't even know if it's possible, or those are only reserved for Hollywood productions and the like.

There is no option to create that type of disk in DVDA. I don't know if that would require two projects with special instructions for the replicator.

I saw something for it in the mastering window in the manual. But I think an 18 costs more to make than two 9s which is what I was concerned about.

A DVD replication master can be prepared from a properly prepared and burned DVD.

BUT the operative word is "properly" and DVDAPro does not have the controls internally to do this correctly for a double length presentation.

You would need to run the prep steps thru something like Gear software prep cycle.
