Auto Capture Single Frame JPG

Is there a way to set up capture in V4 so that the utility automatically captures a frame from tape based on scene change and saves it as a JPG? This would be very useful for batch capturing of single frames rather than playing the tape and capturing each frame individually. Thanks.

If you capture with scene detection, you can add them all to the timeline and then use the "Thumbnail" script at http://www.creativecow.net/articles/vegas_scripts.html
