Is it possible (if so does it exist ?) to create a script that could name (WHILE RECORDING) the takes according to a list of filenames in a .xls.

It also means that when there are wrong takes or double takes, the user should be able to "bypass" the auto naming process and be able to start again from whatever name in that list.

If this is not possible while recording, is it possible to have a script that rename the audio files in Vegas according to a list in an excel sheet.

note : audio takes can keep their name and be also copied into a new folder with new names
