Automatically size still image??

I have two friends who alwasy complain that if I send them a high rez image that they have to scroll V&H to see the whole thing.

As I've never run into this issue with any of the computers I've owned, I don't know where the setting is that would control this. I suspect it's a simple option...

Help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
RalphM

There are "fit to window" options in every image viewer I have ever heard of. May I suggest that it is not your responsibility?

LOL, one friend is 75 and the other is 85. It may not be my responsibility but fixing it will be easier than listening to them complain. :-0

I'll find out what they are using for viewing and go from there. I thought it might be a Windows setting.

Thanks,
RalphM

When I send images for someone else to view. I always make them 640 x 480. Most computers will show this full frame.

Do them both a favor. Install Irfanview on their computers, make it the default application for image formats, and set the View to "Fit only big images to window." End of whining.

IRFANView - great idea.
