AVC/AAC 2Pass Vegas 8/9 64Bit?

When rendering in main concepts AVC/AAC with 2 Pass selected in Vegas 8/9 64bit the program crashes everytime. However when in Vegas 8c rendering with the 2Pass option selected works fine. Any thoughts on this?

Same here....can reproduce it every single time. I've just stopped and either don't do 2-pass or switch to 8.0c.

For me MainConcepts crashes every time I use it regardless if it is single pass or dual pass.

Which means we are back to where I have been before - the Product Manager in charge of Vegas needs to be fired. Now. This is not a bug. This is proof positive that the Vegas team has not tested Vegas in any formal way. Not at all.

I can understand that software has bugs, most software has little bugs here and there, and some even has big stuff. What is outrageous is that there is no formal regression testing whatsoever of said software. That is inexcusable. That is grounds for immediate termination of whoever runs that team.

The MainConcept AVC encoder crashes on 2Pass encodes on my system with VP9 as well. VP8c works.

Running on XP-SP3 32-bit
