AVCHD Editing with VMS 6? GoldenPlates wrote on 5/29/2008, 9:45 AM Can you edit AVCHD files on VMS 6, or do I need to upgrade to VMS 8? Back to post
Comments Eugenia wrote on 5/29/2008, 11:31 AM You need to upgrade. Alternatively you can use this to change the files to another format that Vegas can edit well, e.g. mpeg2: http://eugenia.gnomefiles.org/2008/05/04/avchd-transcoding-using-free-tools/ but this will take a long time to do the re-encoding. Save your time by upgrading. 1
