I cannot see anything that's not doable there. I believe you need Raylight to handle the footage from the HVX200.
My advice. Get all your ducks in a row. Transcode all of it to a good intermediate such as Cineform or MXF 4:2:2. The later is free with Vegas.

Easiest would be to shoot all cams in 1080i. While I'm not a fan of the HVX200, 1080 uprez, they should all work together on the timeline just fine. If you have to throw in progressive footage, keep you timeline 1080i.

We've mixed similar cams with no problems. The Canon cams will cut very nicely together. You'll have to color correct to get the Canon / Panny cams to match up.

Easily doable. As Bob mentioned, you'll want Raylight to import the HVX content.
Set all cams to shoot the same format. If your HDV cam shoots 30p and the scenes aren't high motion, put all three cams in 30p. Otherwise, set the record format on all three to 60i. It's challenging to match various framerates, although Vegas will do a reasonable job if it has to.

I have mixed all this stuff on different projects in the past, so I second the idea to keep everything in the same resolution and framerate. That can really mess up your previews, and have had some rendering issues later on.

Bringing it into the same intermediate format, even if uprezzing and changing the framerate then and there has worked for me. And if you have to get Raylight anyway, you can use that as an intermediate too.
