AVCHD Playback in HD SR1 Camera

Okay. I now have 7.0e. I have the Sony HD SR1 camera and have transferred (not captured!!) my files to my computer. I have them edited. To what format do I render the tracks to so that I can transfer back to the SR1 and play them back through the camera attached to my HD TV? What file do you transfer them to so that they can be read by the camera's playback feature?

I figure this is a cheap fix for HD playback until the bluray burners and disks become more stable and affordable.

At the moment, you don't have AVCHD export to the camera, only the ability to edit, if I remember correctly (Don't have an SR1 any longer, so can't test this for you).
