I'm new to HD and am looking for some help understanding the big picture. Suppose I have a short 720 24p AVCHD clip and I want to edit it in Vegas 8.0c, then burn it as a blu-ray stream to a DVD (not a blu-ray disk) using DVDA 5.0. My questions:

1. In Vegas, do I use the HDV 720-24p project settings even though this is AVCHD rather than HDV?

2. Which Vegas render template do I use if my target is a blu-ray stream for DVD?

3. What project settings would I use in DVDA 5.0?
