You need to find somewhere and install the SEDG codec. Premiere Pro supports it via FFdshow, but Movie Studio doesn't, it keeps exploding on itself. I would suggest you buy the official codec to have a better luck.

As for the "pixelated" though, make sure you edit the "project properties" of vegas to mirror your source footage, otherwise it won't show up correctly.
