.AVI Aspect Ratio Problem

I'm trying to render a project in .AVI and I have never had this problem before.
This is for a 16:9 project.
Every time i try to render it as .AVI, it is like it is stretched more towards 4:3 (not fully) and not the correct aspect ratio. "Stetch to fill output frame" is not selected. And the pixel aspect ratio is set to 1.212. I have tried using different codec, and i get the same problem.
Can anyone help me?

Dfid you shoot your footage with a 16:9 camera?
If so, my guess is that it's "false" 16:9 which means you have to set your prefs to "normal" (4:3) and render normally too.
Anybody?
