AVI capture and rendering (MPEG ?'s)

Can anyone tell me how to either capture or render in MPEG
format? I have the latest updates from SonicFoundry but, I
still don't see anyway to get away from the dreaded AVI
format. PLEASE HELP!!!!

CAP:you must download "sf video capture" program from sf
web site !
MPEG:you must download "sf mpeg plug-in"from sf web site !
So just do !
