avi problems

when i load an avi to video factory i get only the sound no movie/video shows up. how do i get the avi to show up in the video part? thanks john

Sounds like the video codec used to create this file is not present on your machine. What created this avi file?

thanks but i fixed the problem. i did not have the right codecs on my computer. when i found the right ones, it worked great.
