I donot whether this place is appropriate to ask this question.
I have an AVI file with AC-3 Audio.
In Sony Vegas, the file stats shows that Video and Audio stream could not be determined.
I took the same file, used TMPGEnc Xpress to convert the Video into MPEG-2. Now I need to extract the AC-3 6 Channel Audio. I did extract the Audio using VitrualDubMod.
Then I used both the MPEG-2 and AC-3 file in DVDA. It throws an error saying that the AUDIO is not in the correct format.
I did use an AC3 fix to fix the AC3 file. The fixed AC3 Audio is out of sync.
Can someone direct me how to process the Audio and preserve the both AC-3 and Multi channel.
