b250 - instant crash when you add bus + assign. effect

Repro:

• Open Vegas 22 b250 (empty project)

• Add a bus (no effects)

• Add MCharmVerb VST2 or VST3 as an assignable effect

Instant crash.

YES! - even Vegas' own audio effect plugins.
