Back to first meny from anywhere ?

Have done a DVD project with seven menypages - 4 videos each.
Its easy to link the pages after another but I cannot find a way to
get a link back to the main meny (start meny) from EVERY PAGE.
The only way I can do it is to go from page to page till you finally reach the primar page.
Would like a link saying "back to main meny" on bottom of every menypage after the first menypage.
Have looked everywhere in help but can´t find anything on this matter.
Probably very easy but I can´t do it or perhaps I´m building my pages with wrong structure from the beginning.
Help anyone ?

I'm not exactly sure how exactly you want you're menus structured but here's an example which may help.

1. File | Close
2. Insert | Submenu
3. Double-click on the new menu item
4. Insert | Page (multiple times for the number of pages you want)

I think building pages, submenus are rather tricky for us beginners
