i know about beziarre masking. What i want to do is add a motion background behind my video, like you see these days on tv. How can i do that. I know it has to do something with Chroma Keying.

Make a part of your video transparent (like with a Bezier mask), then but your motion background on a track below.

how do i make part of my video transparent? whould i have to do keyfamming for beziare masking because the persons in my video are moving on a sofa and so when their head moves the background is gonna show right?

This is where you might try chroma key. You'll need a uniform color behind the couch, (like bright green) and the lighting has to be right, to avoid shadows and changes. Then you apply chroma key to that color behind the couch and it becomes invisible.
