I'm having problems with background audio on the main menu. The audio during movie clips plays fine. Preview of the menu through DVDA plays fine. After preparing the DVD in a directory, if I load the VIDEO_TS.VOB file through Sonic Cineplayer the static menu appears and the background audio plays fine. However, if I load the main VIDEO_TS.IFO file the audio pauses. I've played the file through Windows Media player and 2 DVD player applications, all of them pause when playing the VIDEO_TS.IFO. A friend played a burned copy of the DVD in his APEX player (older player) and the audio skipped. The strange this is I played a burned copy of the DVD in someone elses newer APEX player and the audio did not skip. I'm stuck, and haven't found any info on the net regarding this problem. Sonic did not respond to my email support request, and I just got off the phone with their 60 day complementary support but did not receive any useful info (normal suggestion of closing background applications, etc.). Any ideas ?
