Background music to DVD

I have been working on a DVD for my company now for a few months. We are now finalizing it and I have a question about background music. I know it is possible for me to make a music compiliation slide, but is there a way a can create background music throughout the entire dvd, no matter what slide I go to? And can I get that music to loop whenever it ends. This is really an annoying issue, please help..

If you mean you want to change slides "manually", but have the background music continue to play smoothly, then unfortunately you cannot do that with SD-DVD.

It's kind of like picking up the needle of a record player, and putting it somehwere else on the record -- playback stops while the needle is in the air...

Thanks. That's dissappointing to hear, but it's what we expected..

George's answer is correct. Just to be clear, this is due to how DVDs work. It is not a deficiency or problem with DVD Architect. The problem is that the VOB (video object) structure in a DVD joins together in one file that various audio, video angles, and subtitles. They cannot be played independently one from the other.
