Backup Vegas Files / Auto Save, how?

Vegas does a nice job at bringing back a relatively recent autosave if I have a crash, but after recently losing a USB stick with a Vegas file and having a file corrupt, I'd like to have it do more.

I was hopeful that going into the temporary folder would lead me to a bunch of autosaved Vegas files that I could simply grab and recover my work with, unfortunately there were nothing except "Redo Buffer" files. Is there a way to have Vegas regularly make backups of my Vegas files? I'd really love never to lose one of these again, but it'd be nice if there was just a folder of saves made every few minutes.

Edward Troxel's AutoSave works for me. It is part of Excalibur.

Full details on Auto Save.

Note: While Auto Save and Project Inspector install with Excalibur, they are totally free to use even if you do not purchase Excalibur.
