BASIC Question

I'm shortening an event in the middle of a 14 minute video. I need to select and move the events after the change to close the gap.

How do I select all the events ONLY after the change and move them without clicking each and every one?

I hope this is the right answer, try Ripple edit and look at the little tab next to it for settings. This is a little icon above your timeline next to the icon with a padlock. (on VV4 anyway) You probably want the "All tracks, markers and regions" selected. Don't forget to shut it off when you're done either. It could cause problems if you forget about it.
You may want to wait for more people to answer too, just in case I'm wrong.

Anyway, you can also used the selection icon to draw a selection box around everything.
