batch capture folder

When you do a batch capture, is there a way to have a clip go to a specified folder without defininf the folder first. For example I would like to batch capture and have each clip go to it's own folder. I don't want to go into folder options and create each folder because then the folders will all ways be there. I just want to do it on the fly. Thanks in advance.

If you have a tape with different clips on it like ex: birthday party, wedding, at the park and you want each clip to go into their respective folders.

Hi all,

You can point clips in batch capture to specific folders by selecting properties on each clip and browsing to folder of choice.

You can also drag them to bins created in Capture and they should open in the Media pool in similar bins.

I will give that a try. I have tried it in vegas 3.0 and it did not work. Maybe it was a bug, but thanks for writing me back.
