I just downloaded Sonic Foundry's Batch Converter. After running several different audio processes on my file and convert, my audio is full of static. When I apply the exact same settings in Sound Fordge 5.0 my audio is fine. I am assuming that I am missing a setting in the Batch Converter but I can not find it. If anyone can shed some light on this situation, I would be extremely greatful.
