I want to render regions. I chose my format (Main Concept, Internet Portrait) and receive an error:

"An unexpected error has occurred"

Click OK.

I just bought Vegas 23 the other day having previous had a subscription for a couple of years (but I'm a beginner editor) - I was hoping this would really speed up my workflow! Does anyone have a clue what's causing this or how I can solve it?
