BCC 10 Plug-ins Not Installing Property

I have MVP14 Suite and downloaded plug-ins. All installed properly except BCC10.  I can see that the plug-ins extracted properly on my C:\ drive (in the x64 directory) but they are not appearing in MVP14.  I looked to see if there were a way to force the plug-ins into Vegas but other than VST I don't see anyway to do this.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
