Jam_One wrote on 2/14/2017, 2:31 PM

2. Es öffnet sich das "Videoevent-FX" Fenster - CC FX Browser mit Häkchen sichtbar- 3. FX Browser anklicken -Bearbeitungsfenster FX Browser öffnet sich- 4. Effekt auswählen und unten rechts "Close" anklicken. 5. zurück zu Clip -gewählter Effekt nicht vorhanden-.

Marco. wrote on 2/15/2017, 4:40 AM

reiner wrote on 2/15/2017, 4:50 AM

Jam_One wrote on 2/15/2017, 5:57 AM

" ... the BCC FX Browser filter is unable to apply the filter that corresponds with a given Preset to the clip itself (Vegas does not have this capacity), and as such, it can only show you with effects would look like if applied and then those particular Presets were loaded.  In addition, the FX Browser would show all of BCC 10, not just the part of it which comes with Vegas 14, so you will be seeing quite a number of Presets that do not currently correspond to any filters operational inside Vegas.  You can, if you are interested, expand to all of BCC OFX 10 (covering everything you see in the FX Browser) for $295 with the Vegas 14 Bundle Serial (for reference, the list price of a new license is $695, so it's a $400 reduction)..."

Do you have a link for this offer? I had purchased VP14 Suite and would like to take Boris up on it.

Okay, here is the Link: https://store.borisfx.com/. You must have a registered version of vegas pro 14 with serial number. Please give me a message if the FX browser runs with you. Good luck !!!! Viele Grüße Reiner

To clarify, I just put my Vegas Suite Serial Number in the serial number box to get the discount? I will give it a try and see if it works. I will let you know later tonight.

Ich habe vollen Einzelhandel Boris Continuum Complete. (Seit Version 7.)

... Unlike the Integrated browser, however, you cannot directly apply these presets back to the timeline in most hosts.  If you see just a Close button with no Apply option it means that you cannot apply directly in your host and you once you have found your desired preset you need to leave the standalone browser and apply the preset directly from the chosen effect.

That makes absolutely no sense! Your Vegas serial number is none of their business. I could see if you had to enter your Boris FX BCC Units serial number that Magix gave you when you purchased or updated to Vegas Pro Suite. But you should never ever have to give your Vegas serial number to anyone other than Magix.

We will see what happens. If is does not work that way BCC will credit my CC.

Just like that ! 😉

I created the order but the cost only showed $195 and it stayed on "Awaiting License Verification", so, I emailed them. The cost to get Continuum Complete 10 is $300 if you have purchased Vegas 14 Pro Suite! They are sending me a link to pay via paypal.

Thank you reiner, I would have never known about this deal if you did not post it. 😊

Hi James, that makes me happy. Please let me know how BCC 10 works with Vegas pro 14 Suite. To all first - FX Browser !!!!
Best regards
Reiner 👍

james-ollick wrote on 3/9/2017, 7:21 PM

Here is what I found. If you drag the BCC FX Browser to the timeline, it will launch. You can see whatever is on your timeline in the browser's window and choose all of the effects one by one and see what effect they will have. But, you cannot apply the effect you choose. To do that you need to select Event FX from the clip on your timeline or drag an effect from the Video FX window to the clip. Then when the effect window opens click on the FX Browser button. Then you can see presets for that effect and see what it does to your clip and apply the one you want. It would be nice it you could also apply an effect in the first instance since there you can see all of the BCC FX you own.

Hi James, thanks for the info. The solution you describe concerns the integrated FX browser. This works also with me. But it is about the "standalone" FX browser, which will probably only work on the update on OFX 10.See you here: See you here, please: https://web.borisfx.com/helpdocs/?page_id=5166
