I bought vegas edit 365 and was sent activation codes for BCC Fx, specifically (Boris FX BCC Optical Diffusion 2021.5 Unit)

I am currently trying to use the code that was given to me and it says it has already been used before. Which it has been, but only on an older version of vegas that was on the same pc that I am currently using. Anyway to get a new code or to somehow find and deactivate the older one? I need help with this cause I am being limited on what I can edit due to the fact that I can't access BCC Fx

Also, does this even grant all the video effects from BCC or do I have to purchase that seperately?

If you add that older BorisFX filter to a video event in your earlier version of Vegas Pro and click on the 'Licence' button in the Video Event FX window, you should find an option to deactivate that BorisFX. You mauy also be able to deactivate it in your BorisFX My Account.

BorisFX Continuum FX installed on the one computer must all be from the same version due to BorisFX activation requirements. This means that if want to install a Unit/filter from the 2021.5 BCC version, any other BCC Units/filters on that computer must also be from the 2021.5 version. Units/filters from earlier BCC versions will be overridden by the newer version and will no longer be available. Please see the following from BorisFX's Help Centre:

The Help Centre also provides other Q&As about BCC and Vegas Pro.

Also, does this even grant all the video effects from BCC or do I have to purchase that seperately?

Any BorisFX licence issued with a Vegas Pro purchase is for the nominated BCC Unit/filter only. In additional BCC Units/Premium Units would have to be purchased. Re this, the following is fromalso from BorisFX's Help Centre:

@Samuel-Resa, a few of years ago, I decided to go the full Continuum route. I used to buy the Vegas Suites which included Boris, but then ran into the problem that @Dexcon pointed out. Overwriting previous Units. So, I wrote Boris and explained the situation, they looked at how many units I had, and offered me Continuum Complete for a really great price. I haven't looked back since. And the yearly upgrade on Continuum (I bought perpetual) is optional, and relatively inexpensive. They are always updating and improving Continuum and adding new features.

BTW, I did this initial purchase during their Black Friday sales, which gave me a greater discount.
