I am considering putting some vieo in an all Flash site produced with Swish.

I see there are a number of programs out there that will convert AVI to Flash or Swish.

I don't want to make a mistake here after getting great stuff with Vegas... I want it to look good on the net and be presented via a good web site...

So, I have some questions... please comment.

1 - Are there disadvantages to showing your movies as Flash/Swish files?
2 - Do you get the same video/picture quality as say WMP9 or Quicktime?
3 - Can you get the same compression so the movies load just as quick?
4 - What is the best converter program for quality and compression?
5 - What are the disadvantages to an all Flash/Swish Website?
