Best Camera?

Can anyone suggest a DV camera with maximum CCD and no other frills needed than headphone input, mike input.
Want as good quality as possible when shooting indoors.

Budget: $1000 or less.

Suggestions?

Panasonic has a line of inexpensive 3 CCD cameras that would fit the bill. Either the GS-120 or the GS-200 work nicely. The GS-200 has more manual control than the 120.
