I own a subscription to Vegas Post 19 and would like to move into version 20. I haven't received the usual notification within VP 19 'help' window when I check for software updates. I tried downloading the trial version of 20 and putting in the serial number from my VP19, and the program does open, but won't function at all. Crashes instantly when I try to click on anything at all. Is there a better way to do this?
