What options does your camera give you? What is the delivery format.

29p doesn't exist.

Generally for fast motion, you want more frames per second. (breaking each second down into smaller and smaller bits.)

I am using Sony FX1000. It has 60, 30 and 24P. As per your suggestion, I guess I should use 60I

60i will be the safest for sure. You could use any of those options but as the frame rate goes down the amount of care you need to exercise goes up. As you're shooting indoors with no control over lighting I suspect then 60i will gain you around 1 stop of light compared to 30p.
