Best plug-in to fix moire.

Working on a video with some clips that demonstrate what I think is best described as moire: the result of small sensor camera shooting very detailed subject. In this case, details in gothic architecture, as the camera pans, and fluttering leaves. What would you suggest to best alleviate this "flicker." I've been trying motion blur in VP23, but it doesn't seem to be fixing it to my satisfaction. Additionally, I'm not acquainted with the options in motion blur. Any suggestions?

Thank you.

@Len Kaufman you could try Quick Blur, it divides pixel into scanline or wipes it off.
Try with maximum setting. Or add some motion blur as the camera pans.

@EricLNZ @bitman I'll try Quick Blur. I have tried some other blurs. I had forgotten that thread from back aways. I had tried motion blur. I've been thinking about AI as a solution. Any particular AI? There are so many out there. I've played with some for other functions, and was rather disappointed.
