Usually when i try to edit a video the quality of the edit looks bad compared to the actual gameplay

for the render settings i use Internet HD 1080

I dont know what project setting to use

internet video or Match media setting etc could someone tell me please?

What is your source material and its image size and framerate?

Since your source and export are the same personally I'd set the project to 1080 30p or 60p.

As for the export looking bad:
1 - In what way does it look bad?
2 - How are you viewing them to compare. Are you looking at files on your pc or after uploading to the internet
3 - Exactly which 1080 expert render template are you using and what bitrate
4 - Search the forum and you will find several threads on exporting for YouTube etc and how to achieve the best results.
