Best quality for short presentation

Hey,

I've got a short 15 minute widescreen/surround presentation that I want the best quality for the audio/video as it is meant to be viewed in home theater environments. There is some rendered 3d video, as well as a lot of image stills that include text. I'm not worried about disc space as it is so short.

What are my best settings to render and get this thing into architect for burning at the best possible quality (ie render format, etc).

Thanks for any tips.

The default template for PAL/NTSC is your best bet if you're rendering to DVD. Taking the bitrate higher will only result in greater chances of disc skipping.

Depending on the source of the image stills, you may find that you want to set the video render quality to best, rather than use the default value of good.

Yes, I've read this on this forum, and had that set in the past, but I'm getting close to final here and wanted to know about other options. Like MPEG-2, or avi? I mean the avi is huge, so it must be better, right? But I see some aliasing occasionally on that dvd....
