Best quality option to render for DVD under VP8

I have about 20 completed sections done under V7, all rendered to NTSC DV Avi's..
I'm ready to use these in an authored DVD.
Which option would I be better off with for quality :
1) Let DVDA convert the AVI's on the fly as I make the DVD.
2) Load the AVI on the VP8 timeline and render to MPG-2 using 32 bit option and seperate AC3 audio track.
3) Re-render under VP8 with 32 bit option from original V7 project files.

Some other option?
