For you dual platform users who love Vegas Workflow but need Apples EFX and titles I found that best way to do this is to export from Vegaas with your noral AVI or M2T files then use this free utitlity called MPEG Streamclip 1.8 on the Mac end.

It renders quick with great quality and will allow you to use you Vegas edits in IDVD 8 (real nice menu transitions) Imovie (nice titling) or even FCP or DVD Studio.
